Programs Used: Adobe Animate
Back when I was in Shoreline Community College, I was part of the Visual Communications Technology (VCT) Club, which was exclusively for visual arts students exploring in fields of graphic design, animation and video, game art, or project management. Annually, the VCT Club would have a portfolio show where students showcase some of their best visual practices.
In the year of 2021 during the pandemic, I was among those who volunteered to design an animated logo for that year's portfolio website. After brainstorming ideas with my peers, I designed a logo using Adobe Animate, a platform I had no experience in using. After receiving feedback from the club coordinator and my peers, I revised my logo design. While the design I made was not the logo used for the website, I included it my portfolio to showcase my abilities in creative thinking, logo design, graphic design, and animation.
